added a online comic reader

• made a duct taped comic reader so you can view the files without downloading them. 

probably will never finish this version of the comic. i might scrap it and redo the whole thing though. kinda wrote myself into a corner with this and can't expand into the world like i would like to. i was to focused on the set pieces tbh.
